SMURBS presented it’s progress and applications in two targeted side events that took place at GEO Week 2019 in Canberra, Australia from 4-9 November. SMURBS and the European Commissions JRC displayed a jointly created video looking at EO approaches to addressing urban-related Sustainable Development Goal indicators in the “Showcasing European applications for policy support” targeted side event. SMURBS also discussed solutions, progress, and lessons learned during the “ERA-PLANET contributions to GEO and EuroGEO” side event.
